Hello and welcome to March Part II

1/2 Price Resources – #SpringDeals – Free Easter & April Fools Day Resources

Firstly: What if we killed every mosquito on Earth?

Hope you have had a great month and maybe looking forward to a little break over Easter. Personally I’ve had a bit of a rubbish month – went home with a sore back a couple of weeks ago which then developed into the worst case of sciatica I’ve ever had. The pain in both legs was excruciating. Hard to believe that two weeks ago I could barely walk to the bathroom. Or stand up!

St Patricks Day Resources

Firstly: No One Can Explain Why Planes Stay in the Air!

Hope you’ve all had a great start to the year – who can beleive it’s already March and almost Easter!! I’ve been flat out at school setting up all our new equipment and sorting out the new classes. At home I’ve been having lots of fun with my new yellow iMac which I’ve posted a few things about on Instagram.

September – Ba Dee Ya!

Hello Hello!

Firstly: Giraffes are Way More Complicated Than We Thought…

Hope you’re all settling in for the new year / term wherever you are. August was flat out for me at school and at home. Been very exciting month or so at school ordering up for the rest of this year and next – plus replacing a lot of old equipment for the first time since the school opened 40 years ago – more or less rebuilding our workshop. Been very rewarding to have the support of my Head Teacher and Principal.

August. …Welcome Back!

Welcome back to school for a new year for our (mostly) US subscribers and welcome to Term 3 for Aussies etc. Been a very busy few months for me and I’ve spent LOADS of time on new products and things I will get to later.

Mailchimp!
Yes I moved the newsletter over to Mailchimp. I had no problems using AWeber for creating and sending newsletters, but it was a real pain integrating it into the WordPress website. Needed to pay for an integration thing, the pop-up kept breaking (I hate pop-ups anyway), just frustrating.

2023 April Update

Wow 12 months to the day since the last update – didn’t mean for that to happen!

Looking back at the last update and I was talking about doing some product updates and adding information for Core Standards Codes and all the rest of it. Well that ended up being over 1000 new PDF resources created, 100’s of updated images for previews etc, 100+ refreshed “About PDF”‘s for the resource downloads, and 100’s of updated TPT descriptions and same again for the Standards being added.

It was… a lot!

2022 January Update

Well what a crazy 6 months it has been! We launched the site, got our first batch up products up on TPT, edited and re-iterated on them many, many times.

And just as we thought the 23rd version of the templates, descriptions, layout etc was perfect, I discovered the software I was using had been creating errors for about 6 weeks. So instead of making new products in my time off over Xmas, I spent it working with the developer for about 3-4 weeks, then recreating the old worksheets from scratch to replace the ones with errors. All 400+ of them!
